TCHTA to host award-winning, Total Service - Customer Service Training Program

PROVIDENCIALES, Turks & Caicos Islands – July 28, 2008 –The Turks & Caicos Hotel Association (TCHTA), American Express, The Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA) and Johnson & Wales University are working together to bring hospitality professionals in the Turks & Caicos Islands an award-winning program, designing to enhance customer service throughout the Caribbean.  This one-day training program will take place on August 12, 13 and 14, 2008 at the Regent Palms in Providenciales, from 9 am - 1 pm.  The cost to participate in the program is $150.00/person for members and $200.00/person for non-members.
 
“Raising the quality of service we provide in Turks and Caicos is a key initiative for the TCHTA and something we will continually focus on to ensure our tourism product stands out in the marketplace,” said Mr. Caesar Campbell, CEO of the TCHTA.  “We are pleased to be able to offer such a program here and encourage all tourism-related businesses to take advantage of this opportunity.”

The deadline for registration is Thursday the 31st of July, 2008.
