The TCHTA is made up of hoteliers and business managers who volunteer their time to meet the demands of the TCHTA's membership and to meet the needs of the TCI's growing industry.
Pierre Beswick: Vice President of Resort Assets, The Hartling Group
Pierre serves as Vice President of Resort Assets for The Hartling Group, following 6 years as General Manager at The Sands at Grace Bay. Pierre is responsible for the Asset Management of all The Hartling Group's properties including The Sands at Grace Bay, The Regent Palms, and the Company's most recent luxurious pre-construction development, The Shore Club on Long Bay.
Originally from Jamaica, Pierre Beswick graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1996, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Travel Administration.
Pierre began his hospitality career in the Food and Beverage sector in Hadley, Massachusetts immediately after graduation. Since then, he has worked in various hospitality-related services and marketing positions in the United States and the Caribbean.
Pierre joined The Hartling Group in December of 2004 after five successful years with The Island Outpost Group, where he served as Hotel Manager of The Caves in Negril, Jamaica, voted one of Robb Report's "Ten Best Getaways for 2004".

Beverly Williams
Beverly Williams: General Manager - Point Grace
Born and raised in Providenciales, Beverly has been working in upscale properties in Providenciales since 2000. In 2005, she was the recipient of the Turks and Caicos Islands National Tourism Achievement Osprey Award for making a difference in the hospitality industry. She served in various capacities at Point Grace Resort & Spa, opened and managed the 22 suite Le Vele condo hotel and has now taken on the challenge of managing HAB Group’s “The Regent Grand”.

Terria Misick
Terria Misick: General Manager - The Tuscany
Terria has over 20 years’ experience in the hotel industry. A native of the island of Freeport, Grand Bahamas. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and spent several years with Old Bahama Bay resort in her native Bahamas.
Since relocating to the Turks and Caicos in 2007, she has held the post of General Manager of The Tuscany Resort on Grace Bay which has recently won reputed travel review site Trip advisor’s coveted Traveler’s choice 2011 award.
In June of 2011, her portfolio expanded with the introduction of The Venetian Resort on Grace Bay beach, which has the same developing principals as the Tuscany Resort.

Mike Hryniuk: Director of Operations, Windsong Resort
Mike is the Windsong Resort Director of Operations and has lived and worked in the Turks and Caicos Islands for 6 years. Originally from British Columbia, in Western Canada, Mike got his start in the hospitality industry at 15 in various hotel positions in his father’s hotel learning from the ground up. He has worked in virtually every department of hotel operations throughout his career and has enjoyed working and managing in some of the top resort destinations in the world. From Maui Hawaii, Banff Alberta, to one of the top Lakeside Resorts in the world, Emerald Lake Lodge in BC and now what he proudly calls home, the Turks and Caicos Islands..

John Smith: CEO -TCI Airports Authority- Ex Officio Member
John is a Chartered Manager with over 28 years international experience in the aviation industry. Among other areas of specialization he is trained in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing techniques. He has a MBA (UK), Dip. Tourism and travel agency management, inter alia. He has held executive positions in Engineering Maintenance Organizations, Airlines, and, Airports. He remains a member of the Chartered Managers Institute (UK), Royal Aeronautical Society (UK) and Institute of Directors (UK). John enjoys and focuses on recovering troubled organizations, developing and implementing change. Mr Smith places much emphasis on the TAR principles – Transparency, Accountability and Responsibility, embracing humility as a pillar of strength and performance the bedrock of achievement.

Chloe Zimmermann
Chloe Zimmermann: Owner Marco Travel
The founder and owner of Marco Travel and Turtle Tours ltd( a destination management company) Chloe has over 30 years experience in the travel industry. Prior to moving to Providenciales in 1979 she worked for airlines such as Air France and Icelandair . Chloe speaks fluently French, English and Spanish.
A French national, born in Morocco, now Turks Islander at heart, Chloe’s experience range from airport operations to all aspect of the travel industry and tour operating. Marco travel was the American express office in the Turks and Caicos for over 15 years.
Marco travel and turtle tours were amongst the first companies to pioneer and develop tourism in Providenciales.

Alan Jardin
Alan Jardin: Owner - Dive Provo
Owner with wife Clare of Dive Provo a full service resort scuba diving company. Born in Scotland and raised near Newcastle in the northeast of England Alan left the UK in 1981 for Freeport, Bahamas where he taught high school. 1984 saw a move from education to full time scuba resort operations with a company in Freeport.
Following Freeport Alan and his family lived in Bonaire, Dutch Antilles and the British Virgin Islands before purchasing Dive Provo in 1996. After thirty years of island living Alan is very much at home in Turks and Caicos.
When not at work around Dive Provo he can be found travelling and promoting both Dive Provo and the destination as a whole at various scuba diving events in the US, Canada and the UK.
